Sophie Donnelly

Director & CQC nominated individual

Sophie has over 30 years’ experience in health and social care and founded CLASS 16 years ago to deliver personalised, community-focused support. A qualified nurse and experienced senior manager, Sophie is passionate about high-quality care, staff training, and supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.

Joanna Tuke

Registered Manager - Prospect House

Joanna has over 40 years’ experience in health and social care, beginning her career with the NHS. A dual-qualified nurse and Registered Manager, she joined CLASS in 2010 and is now the Registered Care Manager at Prospect House. Joanna is a Mental Health First Aider and leads on Infection Control and Safeguarding.

Tara Sheedy

Registered Manager - Supported Living

Tara has over 11 years’ experience in care services and joined CLASS in 2018. Now a Registered Care Manager, she has worked across elderly care and mental health services supporting vulnerable adults. Tara is passionate about helping people live full, happy lives and is a Mental Health First Aider.

Karen Durant

Deputy Manager - Prospect House

Karen joined CLASS in 2018 as a Support Worker and has progressed to Deputy Manager at Prospect House. She works closely with the Manager and team, supports day-to-day operations, and maintains strong relationships with the wider MDT. Karen holds NVQ Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications, coordinates staff training, and is a Mental Health First Aider and Infection Control Champion.

Deputy Manager - Supported Living

Danielle joined CLASS  in March 2023 as a Deputy Manager and brings 15 years of experience in the care sector. She holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, along with qualifications in Team Leading and Stroke Awareness, and is passionate about ensuring service users are safe and happy.

Kieron Smith

Deputy Manager - Supported Living

Kieron joined CLASS in 2013 and has progressed through several roles, including Support Worker, Team Leader, and Senior Support Worker. Now a Deputy Manager, Kieron supports managers in delivering effective, person-centred care and holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, as well as being a Mental Health First Aider.

Colleen Corcoran

HR Manager

Colleen has worked for CLASS since 2019 and is based at head office. She holds a Level 2 qualification in Business Administration and is currently completing her Level 3 CIPD HR qualification, supporting the smooth running of the office alongside the administration team.

Management Team

Our experienced management team plays a key role in supporting both senior leadership and frontline support workers. They oversee day to day operations, including medication management, liaising with professionals and maintaining high quality standards across all services. Seniors, Team Leaders and Managers also participate in the on call rota to provide out of hours guidance and support.

Support Workers

Support workers are the heart of CLASS. They work directly with the people we support, offering kindness, patience, encouragement and practical help with: • Personal care • Medication • Cooking & household tasks • Community activities • Emotional support • Building independence • Health & wellbeing • Safety and daily structure
